Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order before shipping or customer pick-up, excluding weekends and Holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. (You will receive notification of a location  and when customer pick-up is ready).


If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME and ENTER YOUR MAILING ADDRESS, AND EMAIL ADDRESS CORRECTLY DURING  CHECKOUT.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU HAVE ENTERED YOUR ADDRESS INCORRECTLY. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER SHIPPING CHARGE TO HAVE THE ISSUE CORRECTED.

Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the US Postal Service because your order is now in their possession.
